Note: This ticket is specifically for the Observatory experience. The Sky Slide and Sky Edge Walk are separate, exhilarating activities within the broader Sky Views attraction, available as upgrades or with different ticket types.

- Access to the Sky Slide and Sky Edge Walk (these are separate experiences and not included with the standard Observatory ticket).
Important Information
- Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory for entry.
- Age & Height/Weight Restrictions (for separate activities): Please note that strict age (12-65 years), height (120 cm - 200 cm), and weight (30-120 kg) criteria apply specifically to the Sky Slide and Sky Edge Walk. The Observatory itself is generally accessible to all ages from 3 years and above. Children below 12 years are NOT permitted on the Sky Slide or Edge Walk.
- Minors between 12 to 18 years of age require the consent of their parent/guardian in person if participating in the Sky Slide or Edge Walk.
- Dress Code: We recommend modest and comfortable clothing. Please avoid loose dresses, skirts, flip-flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves.
- Health & Safety: Please notify Sky Views staff of any disability, or pre-existing health conditions (including, but not limited to, neck/back weakness, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy) that might affect your experience.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
- Operational Timings: Always check the official Sky Views website or your booking confirmation for the most up-to-date operational hours to avoid any inconvenience.
- Public Holidays: Tickets to Sky Views Observatory are typically not valid for entry on public holidays unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Accessing Sky Views: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Hotel Tower 1 Level 1 (entry point next to the residence entrance) or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views - Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
Booking Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- In case Tours or Tickets are cancelled after booking, 100% charges will be applicable.
Child Policy:
- Children under 3 years will be considered infants and receive free entry to the Observatory.
- Children aged from 3 to 8 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
- Children above 8 years will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate.
