Important Information for Your XLine Adventure:
- Identification: Please carry a valid ID/Passport with you.
- Age & Supervision: Guests must be between 12 and 65 years old. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian on the appointment date.
- Physical Requirements: You must be a minimum height of 130 cm, weigh between 45-100 kg, and be in good medical condition.
- Attire: Wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes. Avoid skirts, dresses, flip-flops, or any loose footwear. Hair should be tied up, and large accessories like earrings, bracelets, or superhero capes should be left at home. Please dress modestly, respecting local UAE culture.
- Belongings: Small lockers are available for items like handbags, wallets, keys, and mobile phones. Storage is limited, and there is no space for shopping bags or luggage. Please empty your locker after your ride.
- Media Delivery: A camera will be attached to your helmet throughout the experience. A personalized video and photos will be sent to the email you used to register.
- Health Restrictions: This activity is not permitted for pregnant individuals.
- Impairment: Guests should not be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other substances that impair judgment (e.g., certain medications).
- Medical Conditions: Guests must be free from serious physical or mental disorders that would prevent them from completing the required physical and mental tasks, and free from medical conditions requiring immediate attention.
